At Gypsy & Wolf, we are dedicated to providing prompt and reliable shipping services so you can enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. Please read through our shipping policy for all the details about our shipping options, timing, and special conditions.
Order Processing
We prioritize prompt shipping for all orders, with most dispatched on the same business day. If same-day dispatch is unavailable, your order will ship the following business day. To prevent postal delays, please ensure you provide your full name (first and last) and correct address at checkout. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to modify the delivery timeframe.
Shipping Timeframes
While we strive to ensure fast and efficient delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates only and can vary, especially during high-volume periods. Gypsy & Wolf cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped with the following estimated delivery times, based on your chosen shipping option:

Same state: 2-4 business days | Interstate: 3-6+ business days

Same state: 1-2+ business days | Interstate: 1-3+ business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Pre-Orders
For any order that includes a Pre-Order item, all items in the order will be held until the Pre-Order item arrives. The entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you prefer separate shipments for in-stock and Pre-Order items, please place two separate orders.
International Shipping
Gypsy & Wolf ships internationally with estimated delivery times dependent on location. Please check the shipping options and rates at checkout for specific countries.
Important Information for International Orders:
- Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any sales tax, duty, or customs charges incurred during shipment. These fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping charges.
- Customs: We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions about applicable taxes and fees. Gypsy & Wolf is not liable for any additional charges requested by customs or other agencies once the order is in transit.
Delivery
If you are unavailable when the carrier attempts delivery, they will assess whether it’s safe to leave the package at your address. If deemed unsafe, a calling card will be left with instructions for arranging re-delivery or collecting your package from the nearest post office.
Important Notes
- Package Tracking: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Carrier Delays: Gypsy & Wolf is not responsible for delays once an order is in the carrier's hands, especially during peak times.
